At Zayora, we strive to ensure you enjoy shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Return Period
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. After this period, the sale is considered final and returns are no longer possible.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible via Info@zayora.nl.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it free of charge and refund the full amount.

If the order is already on its way, you can return the package after receipt according to the return conditions below. Return shipping costs in this case are your responsibility.
Conditions for Returns
To process a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Unworn and in original condition.

In the original packaging, including labels or seals.

For earrings: items with broken hygiene seals (white seal) cannot be returned.
Return Procedure and Refund

Pack the item carefully and send it back to the return address provided by us.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and shipping risk. We recommend registered shipping.

After receipt and inspection of the item, you will receive a refund or replacement within 14 days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 14 days of receipt via Info@zayora.nl.

We provide a 6-month warranty on all our jewelry.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, dropping, moisture, perfume, or normal wear/discoloration.

If the complaint falls within the warranty terms, we will provide an appropriate solution: replacement, repair, or refund.
Sale Items
Items purchased on discount or in the sale cannot normally be returned.
