Shipping Policy



Shipping Policy – Zayora

At Zayora, we understand how important it is that your order is delivered quickly and carefully. To ensure this, we work with PostNL for a reliable and efficient delivery service.


Order processing

We strive to ship your order the same day if it is placed before 17:00 (Dutch time). Please note that orders placed on Friday after 17:00 are usually processed on the next working day (Monday).


Shipping costs within the Netherlands

For shipments within the Netherlands, we charge standard shipping costs. These costs depend on the weight and size of your order and are clearly displayed during checkout.


Delivery time & shipping

All packages are sent via DHL. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code so you can follow your package.

Estimated delivery times:

Netherlands: 1–2 business days

Belgium: 1–3 business days

Germany: 2–3 business days

Rest of Europe: 3–5 business days

Rest of the world: 4–8 business days

Note: public holidays and unforeseen circumstances with the carrier may affect delivery times.


Responsibility and risks during shipping

Zayora is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transport. We advise customers to choose registered shipping, especially for valuable orders. This option provides extra security and insurance against loss or damage.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us. We are happy to help track the status of your shipment.


International shipments

We also offer delivery to other countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary per country. During busy periods at DHL, delays may occur.

Note: Import duties, taxes, or other customs fees for international shipments are always the responsibility of the recipient.
